Hello and welcome!  I am a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist working with adults to help them navigate life's challenges and reach their individual goals. Please note, that while I am an Marriage and Family Therapist, I do not provide couples counseling.
My therapy services are offered remotely through a secure, HIPAA-compliant video conferencing platform.
I am licensed to practice in California only. Therefore, if you are traveling outside of California, we will need to pause our sessions and resume them upon your return to the state.

• excessive worrying or over-thinking and perfectionism
• ​how to assert oneself in their relationships (including both work and at home)
• problems at home, school or work including failing to meet deadlines, procrastination or self-sabotaging behaviors
• the problems associated with ADHD (such as difficulty concentrating, forgetfulness, being distracted) 
• personal or family challenges including grief related to death, losses such as a separation or divorce
• Stage of life events, such as managing elderly parents
