Get out of your normal routine and go for a walk, and take your shoes off. Connecting to Earth (by standing on grass without your shoes) is called grounding and reportedly has healing benefits. Green spaces are good for your mental and physical health. Pay attention to your surroundings, notice the flowers and take slow, rhythmic breaths to cleanse your lungs, oxygenate your brain and bring will bring you a feeling of peace.
